- Timing: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time on Wednesday, October 10, 2007 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time on Monday, January 7, 2008. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m., Mountain Daylight Time, Monday, January 7, 2008. Sweepstakes open to residents of the fifty (50) United States and territories, and the District of Columbia; and Canada (excluding Quebec). Employees of Sponsor, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their family/household members are not eligible to enter.
- How to Enter: Visit: http://www.digitalscrapbooking.com and follow the links to complete a reader survey. Individuals may enter this Sweepstakes by filling out a survey only once. More than one entry from any person or e-mail address will void all entries from that person or e-mail address.
- Drawing: This sweepstakes will have one (1) drawing and one (1) winner. The entrant selected as the potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all entries received on or before the entry deadline. The drawing will be conducted on or about Tuesday, January 8, 2008, by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone on or about Friday, January 11, 2008. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted E-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Digital Scrapbooking with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.
