Amy has the knack of combining a good picture with a solid, clean design that allows the photo to shine through. Couple her eye for design with heart-felt journaling full of thoughts and wishes for her children, and you can see why Amy’s layouts are set to become family treasures.
Amy lives in Rocky Ford, Colorado with her husband, Kevin, and their two children, Abbie and Trenton. She loves to spend time with her family on their farm and at her parents' cabin in the Rocky Mountains. During the day she is the administrator of two assisted living facilities. At night she squeezes in as much time as she can scrapbooking. “Saturday mornings,” she says, “Are my favorite time of the week. You’ll typically find me perched in front of my computer in my comfy pajamas.”
Amy started paper scrapping when she was pregnant with her daughter, about ten years ago. Later she stumbled upon digital scrapbooking and has been obsessed ever since. She loves to have a creative outlet that speaks to her need to be a perfectionist. And she’s grateful that digital lets her scrapbook with no mess to clean up later!
